Simon Waring is owner and Managing Director at Green Seed UK. He graduated from the University of Oxford and obtained a postgraduate Diploma in Marketing.He started his carrier as Head of Marketing for Mintel International Group, working with fmcg businesses and ad agencies. He then moved into the food sector and became Director General of the British Food Export Council, then International Managing Director of UK food marketing agency Food from Britain, building an international network of offices and providing strategy and marketing consultancy to food businesses. In 2009 he founded his own company Green Seed UK. Green Seed provides sales and marketing consultancy services to help food and drink companies with strategy, market entry, sales introductions and marketing support to grow their business in the UK market. He also sits on the management committee of Green Seed Group.
