After her commercial engineering studies at the KULeuven, Greet Dekocker took her first steps at the Kredietbank (currently KBC for the young ones among us). The 8 following years marketing vibes got under her skin and she gained plenty of experience as marketing manager in the energy sector. As director of BDMA (Belgian direct Marketing Association), her professional circle flourished while the digital transformation became a high-speed train. A train she took with pleasure while becoming director of Becommerce / SafeShops.be (the Belgian e-commerce federation) and board member of E-commerce Europe. When Greet does not work, she travels, she enjoys her family and occasionally puts on her long distance walking shoes, after which she quenches her thirst on a well-earned terrace.
