Mr. Kumar has worked at DB Schenker for 17 years. He started his career within the company as Vice-President of Sales and Key Account Management from 2006-2014 based in Singapore. Mr. Kumar then moved to Indonesia to take up the role of CEO Schenker Indonesia for 4 years from 2014-2018.At the end of 2018, Mr. Kumar was moved to the Americas to take on his role as Executive Vice-President, Head of Air Freight Americas. He was based in Miami, Florida which is also the location of the DB Schenker Americas Regional Head Office. Currently, Mr. Kumar is Executive Vice President Global Air Freight at DB Schenker and responsible for the global airfreight network, flight operations, procurement, revenue management, operational excellence, digitalization and healthcare management. He is based in Frankfurt, Germany.
